Gattung Rhineura [COPE, 1961]

Die Florida-Doppelschleiche kann eine Länge von bis zu 41 cm erreichen, im Durchschnitt wird sie 18 bis 28 cm gross. Sie ist nur in Nord- und Zentralflorida beheimatet.
